Crews have completed repairs on the water lines in the black gum area. We are now in the process of filling up water tanks and water lines. Customers will still have no water or low water until the tanks and water lines are filled. Crews are working to set up filling stations, a coordinated effort is being made with Cherokee Nation to supply cases of water. As soon as we have known locations for the filling stations we will post an update as to where they are.

A voluntary boil notice is currently in effect. As a precaution, we recommend that all water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or food preparation be brought to a boil and then allowed to cool before use.

Crews are working to repair a leak along E 1060 Road. Customers near E 1060 road and S 4690 Road may have low water pressure no water until the repairs are completed.
